Our empowerment groups are FREE and will be held once a month. They are opened to all women 17 and up, regardless of race, religion or economic status. We're not here to judge, but to empower you and push you into your purpose. Our lead facilitators will be educating participants on areas in business and life where women struggle. They will be equipped with the right tools and information to become successful in those areas. If you're truly ready to get unstuck, let go of the excuses and go to the next level, our groups are for you! You've been in that same spot long enough, it's time to press play! It’s not about numbers, but impact! We applaud H.E.R.R.S. Certified Youth and Young Adult Mentor, Miss A’Dee’Sia James for the awesome job! She was instrumental in the relaunch of our empowerment group in Oceanside, CA on September 18, 2021. This was her first speaking engagement, but she was bold and spoke to the group of how facing her fears has helped to boost her confidence and define her voice. She hit at the heart of what many of our youth struggle with and we are so proud of her for being such a beautiful example of “coming out of your shell.” Congratulations to Miss James and thank you for helping us to plant Out of the Ashes in California!

Contact us or click on the "Donate" button below if you would like to make a donation towards our empowerment first aid kits so we keep them in stock as more women attend our on-site groups. Each kit is $10. Each person that donates, receives one as a "Thank you". You can also support by purchasing one of our empowerment tshirts for yourself or to sponsor a group participant. Our T-shirts are $35 and are only available in the U.S. at this time.
