I'M A H.E.R.R.S. GIRL is a global non-profit leadership movement, positioning girls to be leaders for gender equality. We’ve coached and mentored women and girls of all backgrounds to create tangible change for girls everywhere. I'M A H.E.R.R.S. GIRL provides mentorship, leadership and personal development workshops and conferences to give women and girls tools to become gender equality advocates and activists in their communities. Through our programs, women and girls broaden their social impact skill set, as well as benefit from a platform to tell their stories. Our "GIRL" leaders are change-makers at local, national, and global levels. We help raise awareness to various initiatives that impact women and young girls around the world and build community-based movements. I'M A H.E.R.R.S. GIRL was founded by Dr. Karen D. Lomax in 2019 and continues to work across a global community of partners to achieve gender equality worldwide.
